The Erisian Liberation Front (E.L.F.) is a fictitious organization found in The Illuminatus! Trilogy by Robert Shea & Robert Anton Wilson. Their goal was to bring about a revolution in thought by playing with people's minds, mostly by posting bogus signs like the one above.

Actually, E.L.F. Software is a DBA for John Kormylo Ph.D.
